Sometimes dreams come true. Sometimes the local guys find the tools, the money and the know-how to create a company that has the expertise, experience and knowledge to get it right. So it is with Counts Real Estate Group, Inc. Formed in 2005, we have amassed a group of ethical Realtors® and brokers who have only one thing in mind; selling Real Estate. Most of our agents own shares in the company. We have no franchise affiliations nationally. We do not own title companies, mortgage companies or other profit centers aimed at benefiting from your business. We have only one priority; and that is to sell real estate.
If you need to sell your home, we have the best, most experienced Realtors® to help you price, market, and sell your home efficiently and expertly. We know the local market like no other group of agents.
If you need to find that “just right property,” we know how to find it for you. Most of our agents have lived here over 20 years. We know the availability in the market, the neighborhoods, the schools, the fishing and golfing and shopping, etc.
You can rely on us to get it right for you. At Counts Real Estate Group, Inc. selling real estate is not our number one priority, it is our ONLY priority.
