New Offices
I am getting yelled at for not blogging enough. Ok, it's been a year. Hey, we've been busy. We are now number one in residential listings and rapidly approaching number one is commercial listings as well. We have grown to more that 70 agents and have opened another two offices since my last blog. So shoot me if I have been too busy to write.
We now have an office in Pier Park which handles check in duties and will be the headquarters for Counts Oakes Resort Properties. It is also staffed by a salesperson daily so customers can find out more about the general real estate market here.
We have also opened our first office in Walton County along Scenic Highway 30-A. Tom Rymer and Barbara Prather have joined lending their expertise and experience to the Counts brand. I guess we will just have to take over that market as well as Bay County just because we can and, hey, its there!
I would like to announce that our Pier Park drawing winner for the free PCB vacation was Mr. Alan Smith from Athens, Alabama. Congratulations sir, I hope you enjoy the stay on "the World's Most Beautiful Beaches".
