Grayton Beach
Grayton Beach, Florida is a laid back eclectic beach burg with historic
cottages next door to modern beach homes. Picket fences, interesting art, and
great dining & shopping are what to expect in Grayton Beach. If you
walk down one of Grayton Beach's well-worn roads, you get the feeling things
haven't changed much since the town was founded. Large Oak and Magnolia trees
surround the homes.
Be sure to spend a sunset strolling on the beach before visiting the famous Red Bar, the most popular spot in the area is a favorite for fun with friends and family while listening to live music and enjoying great food and drink.
Grayton Beach State Park, along the Gulf of Mexico and most of Western Lake, has some of the most scenic in hiking trails area, circling sand dunes, skirting the coastal dune lake, and cutting right through a dense oak hammock. A public dock allows boating and fishing.
