About Cory & Kiki
As a true native to the Panhandle, Cory has watched the beaches and surrounding area of the Emerald Coast grow from a sleepy fishing and tourist hamlet to now one of the premier vacation destinations of the United States.
After graduating high school, Cory attended the University of Florida and gained his degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis with a Minor in Finance. Cory's first professional job was in the Mortgage Banking sector and carried that career for 11 Years. The enormous experience he gained for the time of mortgage banking has allowed him to help both sellers and buyers of real estate.
In 2013, Cory obtained his Florida Real Estate Sales license and joined Top Producers Real Estate and worked side by side with one of the top agents in the Bay County Area before moving his license over to Counts Real Estate Group on 30A in May of 2019 to assist sellers and buyers with properties on the South Walton 30A corridor and Panama City Beach.
Kiki Herrman moved to the area in October of 1999 and fell in love with the sugar sand beaches and laid back attitude. Like Cory, she observed the area evolving and became licensed in 2015 to help people realize their dreams of owning beautiful beach property. Kiki and Cory met in 2017 and grew their lives together. Kiki joined Cory and Counts Real Estate Group in 2020 to work together under their team name "Big & Small" to focus in real estate analysis and investor sales of all proportions from rehabs to multi-million dollar deals.
