Hi, I’m Essence — a Texas native, proud military spouse, mom of three, and real estate advisor serving 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, Panama City Beach, Freeport, and Florida’s Emerald Coast.
Real estate has been part of my journey long before Florida. I previously worked in North Carolina, helping families navigate moves, military relocations, and out-of-state transitions with confidence. Now, my family and I call the Emerald Coast home — and we truly live in paradise. From morning beach walks to sunset dinners along 30A, this lifestyle is everything we dreamed of.
Today, I help others find their own piece of paradise here in Northwest Florida.
