I'm Kat, and I've been privileged to witness the ever-evolving real estate market since 2005. Licensed in Ohio, Georgia and Florida, and owner of a construction company, I offer a modern, tech-driven approach backed by deep industry insight. With a strong foundation in contract negotiation, ethical standards, and high-stakes transactions, I ensure you feel confident every step of the way.
I spent 13 years in commercial real estate, leading teams that managed facilities operations and special projects for major portfolios, while driving marketing campaigns that boosted property visibility and managing complex transactions for leading brokers in Atlanta and Savannah.
Beyond my professional work, I'm passionate about fitness, nature, and giving back. I've assisted in organizing the annual Cheer for a Cure competition supporting breast cancer research, volunteered at nursing homes and housing and community restoration organizations, and helped coordinate charity events through the Atlanta Social Club.
